At some point in the process of creating a design, you will need to start thinking about how the work you have created is going to look when presented. Traditionally this is done by printing to Paper and most of your output from Vectorworks will be in this format. This section is concerned with the tools and commands that act as the conduit between the design and the published content.
Sheet Layers are a separate area of the program that are principally designed to represent sheets of paper. It is here that you can present the work created in the Design Layers and tailor the output for your specific needs.
For work that is created in Design Layers to appear in a Sheet Layer, it must first be visible inside a Viewport. Viewports are windows that can look from any angle into the content that you have made while creating your design.
Title Blocks identify the content that you have created. Vectorworks uses Title Blocks as a means by which you can automate the publishing of your work.
